We Keep our Self Defense Classes small -  between 5 to 10 participants. This allows for complete focus on each participant. It also enhances the participant's learning process by allowing for more repetition of the principles and techniques!

SELF DEFENSE & RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Received Gao Shou Black Sash while training 11 years under three Chinese masters of Wing Chun and Wudang Kung Fu

  • Developed and trained classes designed to defend against weapons attack (gun and knife)

  • Created several self-defense programs and classes focusing on defenses against multi-person attacks

  • Created Hard-Style Defense and taught to several police departments (street officers) and SWAT teams

  • Disciplines and classes designed to quickly teach very aggressive techniques to inflict damage and incapacitate an aggressor

 

FITNESS BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • 30 years of health and fitness experience

  • Kung Fu and Wing Chun Trainer

  • Critical Self-defense trainer

  • Weapons trainer (staff, sword, knife, spike)

  • Actively trains in obstacle course races, strength training, and High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) programs
